Prescription refills requests from pharmacies will not be automatically renewed, but require an appointment.

Prescription renewal without an appointment will initiate a 20 dollars prescription renewal fee, new policy in effect since Feb 1, 2023.

Therefore, please check the status of your prescriptions in advance to request a renewal for your prescriptions during your visit.

Patients who would like to have automatic prescriptions renewal can sign up for an annual prescription renewal plan. Please inquire at the clinic.

Test results

You will be contacted with any urgent results. As a rule, patients are not called to notify them of normal test results. Generally, test results are discussed during an appointment.

Referral requests

A Referrals for a consultation to a specialist is made when clinically indicated. Before any referral is arranged, an appointment is needed to assess the medical concern and order appropriate investigations to facilitate an effective specialist consultation.
